Is WhatsApp AI publicly available yet?
WhatsApp AI Order Bot is currently in private beta. It has been shared with a small group of early users (approximately 3–4 businesses) for real-world validation. It is not yet publicly released, and the Android app is not available on the Google Play Store — Coming Soon. We are completing final beta testing and will move to a full public release shortly.
Is the app on the Google Play Store?
Not yet. The Android app is Coming Soon on Google Play. We are finishing private beta with a small early-access group and will publish to Play Store with the public release.
Can I join early access?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to request early access. Availability is limited while we complete beta validation with a small group of restaurants.
Is Notification Access safe and normal?
Yes. It uses Android's official Notification Access permission, which the customer enables in Settings. That is how the app can read WhatsApp messages and reply automatically.
How does voice ordering work?
When a customer sends a voice note, the STT engine converts speech to text. The AI then takes the order through Order Mode — items, quantity, delivery area and confirmation.
Where is my data stored?
Orders, menu and chat history stay on your Android device (local vault). The AI brain runs in a secure cloud to generate replies — your shop data stays private.
Is this just a chatbot script?
No. It is a full Android order-taking system: notification engine, local database, voice STT, Order Mode, Friend Mode, parallel chats and an NDK performance layer — built for real restaurant WhatsApp traffic.
